Hello Everyone, welcome to my blog.

I am excited to announce that this weekend I will be attending the semi-annual Montana Naturopathic Physician Conference. We will be at the lovely Boulder Hot Springs in Boulder, Montana. Our guest speaker is Dr. Bradley Bush who will be lecturing on neuroimmunology. This is a very exciting subject that will give us insight and tools on the chemical and environmental influences on human nervous systems and common neurological symptoms....including one of my favorite subjects...insomnia! Be sure to check back soon and I will share updates and insights on this subject.
